You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activity under your account, and providing accurate and complete information.

2. User Content & License

"User Content" includes recipes, images, comments, ratings, and any material you submit. You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting content, you grant Sipz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your content for operating and improving the Service. You represent that you have the rights to your content and that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not violate any laws or regulations.
• Do not infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Do not use the Service in a way that could harm others.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
• Do not upload harmful code (viruses, malware, etc.).

4. Recipes, Ratings, and Content

Recipes and content on Sipz are user-generated or AI-generated and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsafe. Sipz does not verify or validate ingredient safety, preparation methods, or nutritional information. Use all content at your own discretion.

5. AI-Assisted Features

Sipz may provide AI-generated content, including recipes and suggestions. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may be incorrect, incomplete, or unsafe; may include inappropriate ingredients or quantities; and is not reviewed or validated by Sipz. You are solely responsible for verifying all AI-generated outputs before use, and Sipz is not responsible for outcomes resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.

6. Health & Safety Disclaimer

The Service provides information related to food, beverages, and ingredients, and this information may not be accurate or safe. Sipz does not provide medical advice, nutritional advice, or safety guarantees. You acknowledge that ingredients may cause allergic reactions or illness, preparation methods may be unsafe if performed incorrectly, and alcohol consumption carries health and legal risks. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether any recipe or ingredient is appropriate for you.

7. Use at Your Own Risk

You use the Service entirely at your own risk. Sipz does not test, verify, or guarantee the safety of any recipe or ingredient, the accuracy of any instructions, or the outcome of any preparation. You assume all risks associated with preparing and consuming any recipes or recommendations from the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, branding, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Sipz or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may include links to third-party services. Sipz is not responsible for third-party content or their policies or practices. Use third-party services at your own risk.

10. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Termination

Sipz's total liability will not exceed the greater of $0 or the amount you paid to use the Service (if any).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sipz and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Service, your preparation or consumption of recipes, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario , Canada, and applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes must be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Ontario, Canada .
