By posting it on Sips, you grant Sips a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display your User Content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Service. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license.

3. Acceptable Use

• No illegal, hateful, harassing, or deceptive content.
• No posting of content that infringes others' rights (IP, privacy, publicity).
• No scraping, rate-limiting evasion, or attempts to disrupt the Service.
• No unauthorized attempts to access other users' accounts or Sips systems.
• No uploading viruses, malware, or harmful code.

4. Ratings, Reviews & Recipes

Ratings, reviews, and recipe submissions should be honest, respectful, and relevant to the drink or topic. Sips may moderate or remove content that violates our policies or community guidelines.

5. AI-Assisted Features

Sips may offer AI-powered tools (e.g., recipe suggestions, flavor pairings). AI suggestions are informational and should be used with your judgment. Don't rely on AI for professional advice (medical, legal, etc.).

6. Health & Safety

Always consume alcohol responsibly and be mindful of your own health needs. Consult a licensed professional if you have questions about diet, allergies, or medical conditions. Sips does not provide medical advice.

7. Ownership & Intellectual Property

The Service, including our logos, designs, and software, is owned by Sips or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you in these Terms, we reserve all rights in the Service and our content.

8. Takedowns (IP/DMCA)

If you believe content on Sips infringes your rights, contact us with sufficient detail to locate the material and evidence of your ownership or authorization. We may remove content and, where appropriate, suspend repeat infringers.

The Service may link to third-party sites or services. We're not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use them at your own discretion.
