Description

A tart green refresher with matcha, lemon, ginger, and rhubarb sweetness. Spinach and algae oil add a nutrient-forward profile with a light stimulating lift.


Ingredients

  • Water - 250 ml
  • Rhubarb syrup - 30 g
  • Spinach - 30 g
  • Lemon - 15 ml
  • Ginger - 5 g
  • Matcha - 0.5 tsp
  • Algae oil - 1 tsp

Preparation Instructions

  1. Add water, spinach, lemon, ginger, matcha, rhubarb syrup, and algae oil to a blender.
  2. Blend until the mixture is smooth and evenly green.
  3. Pour into a glass.
  4. Stir gently before drinking if any separation appears.
