Description
A tart fruit-and-fiber drink built to support regularity. Mineral water, inulin, flaxseed, wheat bran, kiwi, and a small amount of prune keep it functional with moderate sugar.
Ingredients
- Mineral water - 1 cup
- Kiwi - 0.5 cup
- Prune - 2 tbsp
- Flaxseed - 1 tbsp
- Wheat bran - 1 tbsp
- Inulin - 1 tsp
- Lemon juice - 15 ml
Preparation Instructions
- Add kiwi, prune, flaxseed, wheat bran, inulin, and lemon juice to a blender.
- Add 0.5 cup mineral water; blend until smooth.
- Add the remaining 0.5 cup mineral water; pulse briefly to combine.
- Let the drink stand for 2 minutes to slightly thicken.
- Drink promptly.
